The SacMoves Coalition will be meeting on Friday, April 19, 2024, online via Zoom. If you are on the email list, you will receive a Zoom link and agenda before the meeting. If you are not, please email Farva Batool, FBatool@sacbreathe.org, to get on the list.

We are now meeting every other month, even months, therefore February, April, June, August, October, and December. The meetings are almost always on the third Friday of the month.

Discussions are open to organization liaisons and to individuals. Decisions are by consensus or vote of the organizational members.

    The coalition meeting today had 16 members and agency staff attending. The top three issues selected are: transportation including funding for transit, the SACOG Blueprint 2025, and efforts to limit roadway expansion, which are going on at the state and federal level and could go on locally. The coalition intends to put out a newsletter in May, and every two months thereafter, to fill the gap between our bi-monthly meetings.
