SacMoves is a coalition of organizations interested interested in transportation, and the related issues of equity, sustainability, climate change and housing. Interested individuals are welcome to participate.

Purpose

To build a broad-based community-driven coalition in the Sacramento region to advocate for funding and development of an equitable, efficient, sustainable transportation system for the 21st Century. For more detail, please see the SacMoves Coalition Charter (2023).

SacMoves does not have staff. If you have questions, you may use the contact page, or get in contact with the member organizations, some of which are staffed.

SacMoves Coalition is interested in issues throughout the region, basically the SACOG (Sacramento Area Council of Governments) region which includes Sacramento, Yolo, Placer, El Dorado, Yuba, and Sutter counties, though our focus is on Sacramento County.
