At this time, SacMoves Coalition does not have a Process Committee. If the coalition becomes more active due to a transportation funding measure going to the ballot, or other major issues, the committee may be formed again.

The committee meets about two weeks before the regular coalition meetings, and other times as needed. The committee is also referred to as the executive committee.

Tasks

• working with the facilitator, develop the agenda for the next coalition meeting
• draft letters to agencies and position statements, that will be presented to the coalition for approval
• develop processes for the coalition (hence the title, Process Committee)
• develop structures for the coalition, including membership commitments and committees

Membership

Membership in the committee is open to organization liaisons, and interested individuals who regularly attend coalition meetings. If you are interested, please contact the current coalition facilitator for more information. The current facilitator is listed on the Contact page. Members of the committee are approved by the coalition.
