This calendar is primarily for recurring meetings of member organizations, and agencies. It occasionally includes one-time events that are of prominent interest to the coalition, but is not intended to be an events announcement calendar. You can subscribe to this calendar in your own calendar with https://calendar.google.com/calendar/ical/sacmoves.coalition%40gmail.com/public/basic.ics.
We do not yet have a mechanism for submitting events for the calendar, so please email your request to sacmoves.coalition@gmail.com.
Agency Meetings
Most agencies meet on a regular basis, and the calendar events here can be created as repeated. However, meetings are sometimes canceled (the calendar event will be renamed to start with ‘canceled’) or rescheduled, so it is always a good idea to check the actual schedule and agenda. This calendar will add links to the main agenda when resources allow, however, this is a volunteer effort and may not always occur. To see staff reports and presentations, you must refer back to the agenda meeting page. For items of particular interest to you, you will want to view these additional documents.
Public comment in-person is allowed at all meetings. Generally online comments are not permitted. The details of viewing meetings online and making off-line comments vary widely with agency, so you will have to check the agendas for details.
